In case you were curious, I decided to name my blog after the above Mark Twain quote. After all, Mr. Twain was an expert at ironic musings about the world around him.
Confident and Ignorant. Those two words perfectly encapsulate everything about my life right now. Similar to many of you, I'm about to graduate college and venture off into the vast and complicated "real world". I couldn't be more excited or terrified about what awaits me. That inexplicable combination of joy and fear is one of the main reasons I decided to start this blog. I wanted a way to be able to capture the journey ahead of me, and since I am a product of social media, I might as well share it with whomever is interested.
Anyways, this blog will be an amalgamation of recipes, travel stories, pictures, and whatever else I find inspiring and interesting enough to share with all of you.
